Insurance: I am in-network with Regence, United Healthcare, Premera, Aetna, Oscar Health, and Oxford. We can easily check to see if your specific plan is accepted. Please note I am not a provider for Medicaid or Medicare or their subsidiaries.

Private Pay: I primarily work with clients opting for private pay services - did you know some insurance companies reimburse equally for out-of-network providers as they do in-network? Counseling services are only available to people located in Washington state at the time of service. I do not manage severe psychiatric conditions, issues requiring safety management, frequent contacts, and/or access to 24-hour care.

• Counseling sessions: $150 (~50-55 minutes)

• Initial intake session: $150 (~60-75 minutes)
